I have been looking for a good mobile detailing company for quite some time and I think I finally found one. When I booked my appointment, I received a confirmation text from the owner, Teagan within about 15 minutes. The fact that he personally texted me (not an automation) made me feel special and appreciated right away.
On the day of the detail, Teagan arrived on-time (actually a few minutes early) and was well prepared. To my surprise he worked on my car, which was already pretty clean, for nearly 3 hours - talk about value! When he was done, he went over everything and made sure I was 100% happy. He even went the extra mile to add things like a leather protectant for my floor mats - who does that!
To say these guys go above and beyond is not enough. Teagan and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB and FAR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! Plus, the fact that this is a high-schooler speaks volumes because so many of the younger generation is either lazy, or tries to take shortcuts - not the case with this company.
There is no question that Teagan will go far in life, I just hope he keeps "Mile High Detailing" in business so he can service the happy customer base he is building for years to come.
